Marcus is a versatile professional, seamlessly blending industry leadership with cutting-edge technological proficiency.

  • Kirk Samuelson

    Founder

    Kirk, the former Senior Vice President and Board Member at Kiewit Corporation, a Fortune 300 construction, engineering, and mining powerhouse in North America with over $11 billion in revenue. At Kiewit's Omaha, NE headquarters from 1997 to 2014, he led tunneling, heavy civil, federal, nuclear businesses, and corporate operations. Post-’retirement,’ Kirk now serves on the Boards of Directors for four major construction companies and holds membership on two aviation industry boards.

  • Larry Beltramo

    Larry is an experienced industry consultant and current Board Member of Rosendin, where he served as Past President/COO. A Past President and Executive Committee Member of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA), Larry has 51 years of experience with Rosendin, starting as a laborer and rising to President/COO in 2005. Under his leadership, Rosendin, which includes Rosendin Electric and Modular Power Solutions, became the largest privately owned electrical company in the U.S., specializing in complex projects and generating $3 billion annually.

  • Gary Griffin

    Gary Griffin started his career with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) as an IBEW Local Union 24 Electrical Apprentice in 1979, graduating as a Journeyman Wireman Electrician in 1982. After working as an Electrician until 1998, he joined the IBEW Local 24 staff as an Assistant Business Agent. In 2007, he was elected Business Manager of IBEW Local 24, a role he held until 2017. In May 2017, the IBEW International President appointed him as an International Representative for the Fourth District, covering Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio, and Washington, DC.

  • Shreesha Ramdas

    Shreesha Ramdas has a track record of launching & growing products in competitive markets.  Shreesha is currently the CEO of Lumber, a workforce management platform for the construction industry. Previously Shreesha was SVP & GM, B2B at Medallia. Shreesha co-founded & spearheaded the acquisition of Strikedeck (Medallia) and LeadFormix (SAP/Callidus). Shreesha also is an active investor/advisor in several growth companies including Workato, Boostup, Promethium, Rocketlane, and others.

  • Marty Rouse

    Marty Rouse is the Vice President of Safety at Rosendin Electric, where he has driven a signifcant reduction in overall incidents and OSHA-recordable occurrences. With a background as a union ironworker and a degree in safety from Murray State University, Marty brings hands-on experience to his role. He emphasizes a safety-first culture, empowering employees with Stop-Work cards and comprehensive training programs. Marty’s leadership has earned Rosendin national safety awards, including the AGC’s Grand National Award for Construction Safety Excellence.

  • Harrison Watkins

    Harrison is a Senior Consultant with EPIC Brokers, a national commercial insurance brokerage, responsible for designing and managing risk control programs. With nearly 40 years of experience, he specializes in identifying and mitigating business risks. Before joining EPIC in 2007, he spent 14 years with Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., focusing on safety and loss prevention in the construction industry. Proficient in both property and casualty risk control, he has also worked on the insurance carrier side, providing a unique perspective for clients.

  • Tyler Williams

    With over 20 years of construction experience, Tyler Williams is DPR Construction's Field Innovation Leader, excelling in team supervision and leadership strategy. He leads the development and adoption of industry-changing innovations. Previously, he was a Senior Superintendent at DPR from 2018 to 2021 and held superintendent roles at Venture General Contracting, Lydig Construction, and SD Deacon. Williams holds an associate degree in building construction technology from Bellingham Technical College and completed the AGC Superintendent Training Program at NW College of Construction.
